The accommodations were a real letdown. The room was cramped, dirty, and poorly maintained. No space to move around, just one chair for our whole family, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything next door. Complete disappointment.

Everything was lovely, no complaints whatsoever, I 100% recommend it. Loved my real good stay for these holidays. The location was quiet and just superb - within a walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The restaurant was beautiful for dinner here, I had delicious dishes.

The hotel had a secluded position just next door to the individual shops and a castle, awesome play ground, the maze, the animals and the castle activities. The staff were pleasant, incredibly nice.

The king bed was cozy, and we appreciated having a kitchenette available. The medieval front door added a unique charm. It was a bonus being able to access the park grounds after hours, enhancing our overall experience, especially for the kids.
No complaints. 😕.

The grounds are expansive, providing ample space to enjoy.
The kitchen area was severely lacking. We had to fill the kettle with a cup. The lack of cooking amenities was quite bothersome, especially when trying to heat frozen meals in the microwave with everyone needing to use the showers at the same time. The advertised buffet breakfast was nonexistent , disappointing and caught us off guard.

Waking up to the frost and enjoying a cozy room with light yet warm bedding was a good surprise.
Maintenance could use some attention as loose fixtures in the room posed a safety concern.

The large bathtub in the bathroom was a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Although my room lacked a front window, the cozy ambiance made it inviting and restful.
One minor downside was the lack of immediate natural light due to the windowless design. While it didn’t significantly affect my experience, I found it slightly limiting during the day when I would have appreciated some sunlight.

The room was spacious, cozy, and clean, and the medieval decor added a unique charm. The included park admission made it easy to explore without worrying about extra costs. Late-night walks around the castle grounds were a highlight, offering a magical experience you can't find elsewhere. The bed felt a bit uncomfortable, and some amenities like a mini-bar were minimal compared to previous stays. The check-in process could have been smoother as the area was a bit confusing to navigate. Despite the minor inconveniences, the overall atmosphere and fun activities make it worth visiting again.

I stayed overnight with a group of friends, hoping for a unique experience, and we got one! The castle's fascinating history made exploring a delight, and the Murder Mystery evening was a highlight, complete with a delicious feast. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our large room was spotless, comfy, and well-equipped with storage. The grounds access at night was an unexpected bonus, and the serene location provided a perfect escape for everyone.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The unique architecture of the castle and the stunning views from the Honeymoon Queen Suite made my stay special. The kitchenette was a convenient addition, especially when the onsite dining options were closed.

The unique ambiance of the castle made for an lovely experience. The bed was comfortable, allowing for restful nights after long days. I appreciated the friendliness of the reception and housekeeping staff; they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location was also a plus, being close to the festival activities, and we were prepared for the absence of an on-site restaurant, particularly with the convenience of a microwave in our room.
Check-in was delayed;
